How do I upgrade or change my plan?
Go to Settings → Subscription → click "Manage subscription" to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.
When do my monthly replies reset?
Replies reset on your billing date each month. You can see your current usage in the Dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
If you have an issue with your billing, email us and we'll sort it out.
The AI reply doesn't sound right for my business. What can I do?
Make sure your Business Name and Business Type are set correctly in Settings — they personalize every reply.
