How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Go to Settings → Subscription → click "Manage subscription". From there you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime.

When do my monthly replies reset?

Replies reset automatically on your billing date each month. Your current usage is always visible on the Dashboard.

Can I get a refund?

Payments and billing are managed by Polar.sh. For refund requests, you can contact Polar support directly at polar.sh — they handle all billing inquiries.

The AI reply doesn't sound right for my business. What can I do?

First, make sure your Business Name and Business Type are set correctly in Settings — these personalize every reply. If the replies still don't feel right after that, reach out to us at support@respondwise.io and we'll help you get better results.
